- Sandwich Platters (sample fillings)
Cheddar cheese, home roasted gammon, topside of beef, BLT (bacon, lettuce, and tomato), tuna mayo, roast chicken and stuffing, poached salmon, prawns with marie rose sauce, brie, grape, and cranberry.
- Meat Platters
Roast topside of beef, sliced turkey saddle, roast ham, loin of pork.
- Seafood
Whole dressed salmon, seafood platter, king prawns.
- Selection of Pies and Quiche
Whist pies, sausage rolls, cheese and tomato quiche, salmon and asparagus quiche, quiche lorraine.
- Selection of Salads
Green leaf – lollo rosso, rocket, iceberg, endive, Caesar – kos lettuce, croutons, Parmesan and Caesar dressing, Nisoice – crisp salad leaves, fine green beans, tuna, olives, new potatoes and dressing.
